We are primarily focused on acquiring businesses in the Vancouver, Toronto, and California markets but given the right circumstances, we will consider other locations across North America.
Typical deal size is between $200,000 - $4,000,000 CDN. We aim for a majority position, with the previous owners maintaining a minority stake so as to provide business continuity and an upside benefit for their ongoing efforts post-acquisition.
