Operations Re-structuring
There are times when a corporation decides to look at its longer term, strategic objectives against the senior executive team it currently has in place. There will also be times when the capabilities of that team, for one reason or another, are not consistent with those objectives. In such cases, Simpson Associates provides, to the Board or the CEO or both, a detailed assessment of each member of the senior management team. The data for each individual is collected from a variety of sources, including: a comprehensive psychometric assessment; a detailed, individual interview of each senior team member by Simpson Associates; and input from the client on each person. With this information in hand, the client is armed with a full understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the individual senior team members. The customer is invariably in the position to clearly understand the potential gaps between the short and long term objectives of the corporation and the competencies of the management team. Clients can confidently make the necessary changes in the organization through promotions, lateral moves and, in some cases, demotions and severances, in order to properly prepare the company for achieving its future goals.
